Luis is living his life on the edge. He is almost addicted to the feeling of the adrenaline pumping through his veins and it doesn't matter if he is hiding in the shadows of a Cuban forest, fiercely marching in the Pentagon, carefully making a bomb or attending an high-class salon in Rome, all that matters is the wonderful rush of excitment he feels. Blessed by fortune many times, Luis knows he can't let his guard down: the bigger you are, the harder you fall and any failure could sink him into the abyss.

Teaser:
Townley will never be a farm chicken, he's born to be a bird of prey. He is hawk-eyed, has the sharp claws of a eagle, the bird which proudly stand on the flag he is loyal to, and the confidence of a vulture. He will use all of his virtues to achieve his goal: avoid the spreading of the vicious weed which is communism. But just as the birds of prey which glide effortlessly from the Andes to vast lowlands, will he be able to move his pawns without becoming a prey himself? Will he accomplish his chilean mission or he will become a useless puppet? Or, even worse, a scapegoat?

Argentina will soon need to face his own subversives, so it's better to keep in touch with them and therefore with José Lopez Vega. Teaser:
When he was a child, Licio wanted to become a puppet master. It's ironic how he, somehow, realized his dream. They call him Venerable, but it has little to do with his age or his power. Like a snake, he slides unseen through politics and high finance, protected by his good friends, sure he will be unpunished. When you are controlling so many strings some of them can eventually get tangled or even break, but a good theatrical always knows when it's time to cut them.
Relations:
They say that Cardinal Jean Marie Villot lost his soul: nevermind, he can give him his own. He’s eager to see again Manuel Contreras. Teaser:
Even in his dreams Ortolani can't help but thinking about the huge amount of money he is holding on behalf ot the Holy See, hidden in discreet Swiss banks or in Catholic financial institutes lead by ass-kissing puppet-businessmen. Ortolani isn't that different from those gold bars: he is just a tool of God and the Church, an useful instrument in the battle against Communism. Maybe one day his name will make history and he will be remembered for his righteous ideals, while his true reward will be forgotten: money, that he will humbly offer to the Lord when Judgement will come.
Relations:
He must keep and eye on Stefano delle Chiaie: in Italy he is often over the edge, and here it won't be different. Cardinal Silva Enriquez is a dirty communist preacher, that would deserve to make a journey over the sea, but he is too well known. You must dare to live, that's all. Stefano delle Chiaie is not afraid to tempt fate or challenge himself everyday. He is proud of his reckless lifestyle and he enjoys doing the dirty work. He has good friends who can pull strings for him, fill up his bank account and absolve him in the confessional. Sometimes, however, friendship is like a cruel lover: passionate during the night but cold and distant in the morning light.

Luis Posada Carriles is more like a brother than a friend, they share the same reckless attitude and love for challenges. They have met often while travelling and get along well. Teaser:
The brightest destinies are granted to men of his blood. Prince Borghese has always known this, since when, back in Italy, he spun his webs to raise a black flag over the places of power. A flag as black as the blood running through his veins. In Chile, that same flag has been raised over “La Moneda”: a green, fertile, soil on where to experiment a new order. Black blossoms will bloom over shaken hands and signed pacts, for those three colors waving over Rome will shift to the black of the night, once and for all.
